Director of Human Resources and Leadership Development, Clark County School District

Brian Redmond, Ed.D.

With nearly a decade of classroom experience in Title I schools, followed by four years as an assistant principal, three years as a principal, and one year as a Title I Coordinator, I've spent my career close to the ground in public education. Today, I lead HR and leadership development for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas — one of the largest school districts in the country, staffing over 42,000 positions and serving more than 320,000 students.

Under my leadership, CCSD launched a $6 million ESSER-funded tuition program that helped more than 600 future teachers earn their credentials while working in our schools, and we expanded our international teacher recruitment program to fill critical vacancies in math, science, and special education.

At Redmond Consulting, I bring that same strategic, data-driven approach to individual coaching — helping administrators and HR leaders build the skills and systems to lead through complexity, staffing shortages, and constant change.

Principal, West Palms Conservatory, Victor Elementary School District

Sean Redmond, Ed.D.

With a decade of experience as a secondary teacher in a Title I school, I earned my administrative credential and served as an elementary assistant principal for three years before becoming a principal myself. I'm now in my sixth year leading West Palms Conservatory, where I lead through the same volatile, uncertain, and high-stakes decisions every school leader eventually faces.

At Redmond Consulting, I coach educators and administrators on the specific skills that make the difference day to day: decision-making under pressure, building trust fast, and turning strategy into action in a school building.
