Who are we
Redmond Consulting was founded by two career educators-turned-leaders, Brian and Sean Redmond, Ed.D. Between us, we've spent 34 combined years in Title I classrooms, school administration, and district-level HR and leadership development. We started this firm because we kept getting asked the same question by colleagues: how do I get better at this, faster, without burning out?
We built the coaching practice we wish we'd had when we became administrators ourselves.

Why us
Brian Redmond, Ed.D. currently serves as Director of Human Resources and Leadership Development for Clark County School District, one of the largest school districts in the country, where his team staffs over 42,000 positions serving more than 320,000 students. He built and launched a $6M ESSER-funded teacher-residency program that supported 600+ future teachers, and expanded the district's international teacher recruitment program to fill critical vacancies.
Sean Redmond, Ed.D. is in his sixth year as Principal of West Palms Conservatory in the Victor Elementary School District, following a decade as a secondary teacher in a Title I school and three years as an elementary assistant principal.
We're not consultants who left the classroom and never came back. We're still doing this work.
