1. What is a Discovery Session?
A Discovery Session is a complimentary, 30–45 minute conversation where we explore your organization’s goals, challenges, and success metrics. It helps us determine whether there’s a fit and outline the best path forward—no commitment required.

2. What services do you offer?
Redmond Consulting offers three services for public education leaders: one-on-one Coaching for principals and administrators, Consulting for districts and HR/leadership teams, and Career Planning for teachers and staff moving into their first administrative role. Every engagement starts with a free Discovery Session.

3. Who is your ideal client?
We work best with sitting and aspiring K-12 principals and administrators, district HR and leadership teams, and teachers ready to move into their first leadership role.

4. How long does a typical engagement last?
Coaching and Career Planning are delivered in 3- or 5-session packages, with sessions recommended weekly — so most engagements run 3 to 5 weeks. Consulting engagements for districts and teams are scoped individually based on the size and goals of the project.

5. What outcomes can I expect?
Clients commonly report stronger decision-making under pressure, better communication with staff and stakeholders, and a clear, actionable plan for the specific challenge they came in with.

6. Do you work virtually or in person?
We offer fully virtual coaching and consulting, with on-site availability for district work in Las Vegas and Southern California. Let us know your preference during your Discovery Session.

7. How much does your coaching cost?
Coaching and Career Planning are offered as 3-session ($1,200) or 5-session ($1,800) packages, with sessions recommended weekly. Consulting engagements for districts and teams are scoped and priced individually — we'll discuss options during your Discovery Session.

8. Are sessions confidential?
Absolutely. All one-on-one sessions are covered by a confidentiality agreement, and any district or team-level work is conducted under mutually agreed-upon privacy terms.

9. What’s your cancellation policy?
For individual coaching, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Consulting engagements have cancellation terms set in the project agreement.
